Computers play a vital role in our daily lives. While they often increase productivity and provide entertainment, they also leave behind a trail of information that can be detrimental to any litigation. I currently provide the following services:

As a current full time computer forensic examiner, I can assist with any civil litigation where a computer was used to store any type of electronic documents. This includes typed documents, spreadsheets, databases, internet history, e-mail, photos, videos and any other type of computerized information. I currently work with the FBI as well as numerous State and Local Government Agencies. I have also been recognized in Federal court as an expert witness in the areas of the internet, e-mail, computer forensics, and digital audio and video surveillance and recording. I currently instruct criminal justice students on the techniques and legalities of computer forensics and investigations.

Computers do not lie and often hold extremely valuable information. Commonly, files are deleted when a lawsuit or divorce is on the horizon. Those deleted files can be restored as long as they have not been fully overwritten. I can assist you by documenting all relevant files on the computer and present the information in a variety of formats. All files can be saved and stored on a variety of media and presented in an easy to understand format. Passwords are common on sensitive files, and can be a "brick wall" in many cases after data is recovered. I employ proven techniques for recovering passwords in a timely manner. I am also available for testimony in reference to the data retrieved from computers, cellular telephones, or other forms of technology.

These possibilities are not limited to your clients. I can also assist with internal investigations. When it comes time to change out your computer equipment, I can sanitize your computers to prevent your data from being recovered. My sanitizing technique meets Department of Defense (DoD 5220.22-M) standard for approval. This is often performed for clients as well.

My most common request is in reference to divorce proceedings. I apply many techniques in order to obtain E-Mail (stored and deleted), Internet history, Chat and Messenger communications, Online maps of meetings and trips, the presence of the target on the Internet, and Social Networking conversations. As a standard, I conduct a complete inquiry on the target through a series of specialized web pages. This information will reveal valuable data on the mindset, desires, and intent of the subject.
